A delicious and healthy snack the whole family can enjoy!
All you need:
Zucchini (The number/size will depend on how many chips you wish to make. The more chips you want, the more zucchini you will need.)
Seasoning (We just used salt, but you can use any seasoning you’d like i.e. BBQ, Parmesan cheese, curry, black pepper, chili powder and cumin, etc. Pretty much any spices you like or combination thereof.)
First, slice your zucchini thinly, but not so thin that the pieces break. Somewhere between 1/4 and 1/8 of an inch works well.
Next, line the pieces out on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
Now, place the full trays in your dehydrator and run on 120 degrees F for 10-12 hours.
The finished product:
