Parmesan Potato Wedges

You won’t believe these potato wedges are baked and not deep fried when you try them! The delicious, cheesy, garlic flavor will explode your taste buds!

POTATO WEDGE R1

Ingredients

  • 8 small potatoes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon rosemary
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.

Combine the olive oil, garlic, and rosemary in a large bowl. Add the wedges and toss until they’re all coated.

Place the wedges on the baking sheet in an even layer. Sprinkle half of your shredded parmesan cheese evenly on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

POTATO WEDGE R2

Place the sheet in the oven for 35 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese on top. Garnish with the chopped parsley.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
